This week, Impact Funding Partners are thrilled to announce the organisations that have been successful in securing funding for the Wellbeing for Longer in Glasgow Fund.
Impact Funding Partners manage the 2019/2021 Wellbeing for Longer in Glasgow Fund on behalf of the Glasgow Health & Social Care Partnership. The fund was set up to support Glasgow based community and third sector organisations to design and deliver programmes enabling those most likely to experience isolation to improve their health and wellbeing and reduce isolation.
The fund aims to address inequalities and improve health, as well as help to break down barriers such as age, disability, poverty and language which can lead to social isolation.
Around £1.6 million was awarded to 22 projects across the city in the latest round of funding which began on Monday 1st April 2019. Impact Funding Partners would like to wish all the project the best of luck in the two years ahead!
