Impact Funding Partners are delighted to be managing the Wellbeing For Longer in Glasgow Festive Fund for 2019.

Working with Glasgow Health & Social Care Partnership, the fund will enable Glasgow based organisations to support people who may be isolated over the festive period with priority given to organisations working with individuals most at risk of social isolation and loneliness.

The ‘Festive Fund’ is open to all Glasgow based organisations with a total of £56,000 being made available.

Applications are open now and will close on Monday 16th December with decisions being made on a rolling basis, so early applications are advised.
