Impact Funding Partners Receive UK First Recognition in Global Excellence

Leading national fund management organisation and charity consultancy, Impact Funding Partners, is the first organisation in the UK to have achieved The European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM)’s new validation against their global excellence framework.

The charity, registered in Scotland but working across the UK, will receive recognition today, Tuesday, 29th March 2022, at the ‘Innovate & Transform Conference and Awards’ best practice event in Belfast, along with acclaimed businesses such as Siemens, ESB and Moyola, who will all share aspects of their innovation and improvement journeys.

The event, which is organised by The Centre for Competitiveness, is set to be an expert forum for leading organisations, who are committed to excellence in their field, to share how they have utilised innovation to manage disruption and navigate the new challenges of a post-Covid world.

Impact Funding Partners worked alongside EFQM partner, The Centre for Competitiveness, to achieve today’s recognition and their Senior Executive, George Wilson said of the achievement:

“We are delighted to have been involved with Impact Funding Partners on the first stage of their EFQM journey and congratulate the team on the splendid achievement of being the first organisation in the UK to achieve Validated by EFQM recognition.  EFQM recognition shows how well an organisation is performing against a globally proven management framework. The process of identifying, prioritising and completing key projects has enabled IFP to develop a sustainable approach to improvement, which has resulted in increased benefit to stakeholders and improved performance.”

Tricia Imrie, Chief Executive at Impact Funding Partners, added:

“For almost 40 years Impact Funding Partners has been a leader and partner of choice in fund management, and more recently a range of consultancy services which power social renewal.  To be the first organisation in the UK to achieve Validated by EFQM recognition will add confidence to our commissioners and partners in the private, public and third sectors that our leadership, approach and ambition is proven on a global scale.” Tricia Imrie, Chief Executive, Impact Funding Partners
